These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Petalwyn Home website and your purchase of products from our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “Petalwyn Home,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the online store operated by Williams Elizabeth Anne. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, customer or purchaser.

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.

2. Online Store Platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to display products, process orders and operate the website.

Purchases made through this website are transactions between you and Petalwyn Home. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Petalwyn Home.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, prices and availability accurately.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography and normal manufacturing differences.

Product packaging, materials, colors and minor design details may change without materially changing the product’s intended function.

4. Artificial Floral Products

Petalwyn Home sells artificial flower arrangements, artificial bouquets, artificial pampas grass and related decorative products intended for decorative use.

Some artificial floral products may arrive slightly compressed because of protective shipping packaging. Gentle reshaping and arranging may be required after unpacking.

Minor differences in positioning, fullness, shape or perceived color may occur because of product assembly, lighting, screen settings and photography. These minor differences are not normally considered product defects.

Please review product dimensions, materials and other specifications before placing an order to confirm that the product is suitable for your intended space and use.

5. Shipping Availability

We currently ship to valid delivery addresses within the United States. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

If we cannot deliver an order to the address provided, we may cancel and refund the affected item or order. We will notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

6. Prices and Currency

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on our United States store are shown in United States dollars.

Product prices may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes and optional charges are displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

Discount codes, promotional prices and special offers may have separate conditions, expiration dates or product restrictions.

7. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily confirm final acceptance.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

8. Order Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information during checkout, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information and delivery address.

Petalwyn Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after processing or shipment has started.

9. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• The payment and billing information is accurate
• You authorize the applicable charge for your order

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. We may use fraud-prevention tools to review transactions.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy .

Our standard order processing time is 1–2 business days. Standard transit normally takes 5–8 business days. The estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, peak shopping periods, incorrect or incomplete addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy .

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Petalwyn Home covers approved return shipping costs when a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Artificial flower arrangements and other artificial decorative products may be returned when they meet the eligibility conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to modify or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate your request if fulfillment has not started.

Once processing or shipment has started, an order may no longer be canceled or changed. Eligible products may be returned after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
